著名瑜伽科学先驱大师斯瓦米库瓦雷阳南达（Swami Kuvalayananda）唯一在世亲传弟子，O.P.缇瓦瑞大师（Shri O.P.Tiwari）是世界公认的著名呼吸控制法大师之一，一直担任印度卡瓦拉亚达翰慕瑜伽研究学院院长和印度国家卫生部组织成立的“印度瑜伽协会”（India Yoga Association）理事会副主席的职务，并在全球范围内讲授呼吸控制法。自2005年来华举办国内首次呼吸控制法讲座， 之后以每年讲座的的频次与悠季瑜伽共同举办工作坊， 静修营， 呼吸控制法师资培训等，为中国瑜伽习练者启蒙，并为中国瑜伽培养了第一批呼吸控制法教师。他还以80花甲之年，连续四次参加中国瑜伽峰会， 为大会带来了影响深远的传授， 其中与如孝法师的对话《当瑜伽遇见佛教》，与刘伟见教授的对话《当瑜伽遇见太极》都引起极大反响。

Master Shri O.P. Tiwari is the only living direct disciple of pioneering yoga science master Swami Kuvalayananda and one of the world’s most respected Pranayama masters. He holds the positions of President of Kaivalyadhama Yoga Institute and Vice Chairman of the Council of the Indian Yoga Association.
Since delivering China’s debut Pranayama lecture in 2005, he has partnered with YOGIYOGA each year to run workshops, retreats and Pranayama teacher training, enlightening Chinese yoga practitioners and nurturing China’s first cohort of Pranayama teachers. In his eighties, he has spoken at the China Yoga Summit four times. His landmark dialogues When Yoga Meets Buddhism and When Yoga Meets Tai Chi won wide acclaim.
